Naomi Kellner-Read

London, Office Manager

Naomi is our Office Manager in London, ensuring that one of our busiest hubs is always running smoothly. From deal meetings, LP visits, and in-house events, she always provides a calm and welcoming energy - while also leading the logistical side of our US expansion.

Raised between the UK, Austria, and Australia in a creative, entrepreneurial household, I learned early on to adapt quickly, see the big picture and turn challenges into opportunities. Experiencing different cultures from a young age shaped how I see the world and instilled a drive to create success on my terms. Growing up with a stage designer mother, an author and public speaker father, and a deeply musical family, nurtured my love of music, storytelling and problem solving, while inspiring me to approach challenges with optimism and determination.

I entered university with the same curiosity and energy that had defined my childhood, immersing myself in music and collaboration in ways that expanded my creativity and perspective. It became a space to push boundaries, explore new styles and learn from a kaleidoscope of perspectives. After graduation, I worked as a performer and early childhood music teacher, experiences that strengthened my communication, adaptability and collaborative skills. I then transitioned into a freelance career spanning diverse roles, from Sales Team Lead for an online education platform to Systems & Ops Manager for a crypto startup, and founded The Mindset Diet, a mindset coaching business that combined my passion for growth, creativity and human potential. These experiences taught me to adapt quickly, see the big picture and find creative solutions to complex problems.

Joining Creandum was my first step into the world of VC, after moving from my role as People Ops Manager in a luxury brand design company. What immediately stood out was the autonomy and trust given to the team, a freedom to deliver and create great work without micromanagement, something especially meaningful coming from a freelance background. I enjoy bringing my operational skills to the firm, building efficient processes that let the team focus on what matters most: supporting founders and growing companies. For me, the most rewarding part of the role is creating an environment where people can do their best work and enjoy it.

Outside of work, I’m an avid songwriter and lover of all things music, often found at the piano or guitar creating new songs. On the weekend you’ll find me at local gigs, out in nature, throwing game nights for friends or escaping to the countryside to recharge from the chaos of city life with a good book.
